We sell our products to individuals of legal age in Finland. We do not deliver to the Åland Islands. The prices of our products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart. After order confirmation you will receive an invoice to your email address. Payment is then made by bank transfer. Products are shipped when payment is visible in our bank account. All customer information will be treated confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any other purpose than to deliver the order or to clarify any questions that may arise. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in effect at the time of placing your order.
Payment
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account of Lasitykki.
Order confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, including the order number. In order to send confirmation messages, you will need to provide an email address when placing your order.
Delivery method and cost
Delivery costs 6,80€ include postage and packing. We deliver orders as a parcel to the nearest post office or post office pick-up point. You can track the progress of your shipment with the tracking number you will receive.
If the order contains only expansions (Legends, Marketplace, Sorcerer's Apprentice) the shipping costs are 3,10€ and the order will be delivered by mail.
Delivery time
We send paid orders on Mondays. Delivery of a parcel by post takes about a few working days to a week within Finland.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In the event of abnormal delivery times, information will be posted on the front page of the online shop.
Return policy
You have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
The cancellation notice should include your name, address, order date, product and should be sent by email to asiakaspalvelu@lasitykki.fi
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. When returning your order, please include your customer number and contact details, as well as your bank account number for a refund. If necessary, the person returning the goods must provide proof that the goods were returned within the time limit, for example by means of a postal receipt and tracking number.
If the product has been used or damaged as a result of insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value. The product must be protected in at least the same way as when delivered, and no stickers or extra tape may be attached to the actual sales packaging of the product.
We will refund your account within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice if the product has been returned to us by then.

Unclaimed package
An unclaimed package is not the same as a return or cancellation of an order. For an unclaimed package, we will charge the shipping costs incurred to us 15 euros.
Problems
If a product is lost or damaged during transit or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault within 14 days to the party specified in the exchange and return policy. If the parcel is damaged in the post, you must make a claim to the post office immediately.
Disagreements
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact us in the very first instance to settle the matter.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for a decision. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
